IIM USA Inc. is a pan IIM organization founded in the summer of 2005. It represents more than 70% Americas based alumni of the Indian Institutes of Management ("IIMs"). Enthused by IIM USA's success, several pan IIM organizations were started in other parts of the world and today there are similar pan IIM organizations in Europe, Middle East, Australia and the Far East.

The IIMs are the original pioneers of management education and research in India and today rank amongst the best business schools across the world. These institutes are rated as some of the toughest business schools to get into, the multi-layered screening process permits only about 1300 out of every 140,000 applicants or one out of every seventy applicants to get admitted every year. Armed with state-of-the-art management knowledge, skills and human & social orientation, IIM alumni, the creme de la creme of managerial talent, are globally spread and occupy important leadership positions in business, academia, government, arts and sports.
